Center for Diversity & Intercultural Affairs
The Center for Diversity & Intercultural Affairs (CDIA) is dedicated to assisting the university in maintaining an inclusive campus community where our diversity is embraced and celebrated. We do this through programming, resources and diversity education. We have events ranging from our monthly "Chat & Chew" series, which seek to engage students in healthy and productive dialogue to our annual Diversity Leadership Conference.
  • Program Council
    Program Council
Program Council (PC) is the official student event planning board. PC consists of a Board of eight student leaders, who strategically design events that entertain the campus community and foster a sense of belonging. The Board plans and executes an average of 30 events a semester ranging from signature programs, like Bingo Night and PC Cinema, to larger scale programs, like LSC Takeover and the Miss Sam Houston Scholarship Pageant.
