- Rental Policies
- Students, Faculty, and Staff may check out equipment. Non-University affiliates must have approval before renting equipment.
- A late charge will be assessed on upon return if equipment is brought in past due date. ($5 fee per day / per item)
- Equipment must be clean and dry before being returned. ($5.00 fee per item)
- Daily rates are from the time of checkout until closing on the following day. (6:00pm)
- Weekend rates are for 3 days. For example check out on Friday and return on Monday.
- Week rates are for 7 days.
- Reservations must be made at the Climbing Center desk, and must be paid in full at time of reservation to guarantee equipment.
- Renters are responsible for any damage to rented items, up to the full replacement value of the item.
- Please allow 2-3 weeks for the processing of refunds.
- SHSU assumes no responsibility for accidents or injuries resulting from the use of SHSU equipment.
