In order to receive access to the surveillance system, please fill out an IT ticket in Katalyst.
- Click the link up above or go to https://katalyst.shsu.edu/CherwellPortal. You may be prompted to login to Katalyst using your MySam credentials.
- Choose the List View of Service Log to expand your options.
- Scroll down to the Surveillance Video Subsection of the Video, TV, and Media Section.
- Enter your contact information and include a description of the need for surveillance access in addition to when the access is needed.
- Enter a Description with specification of needing access to existing cameras already on the surveillance system or installing a new system in your area.
- Verify your description.
- Save to Submit.
