The SHSU Alumni Association is excited to announce the new Oral History Project (OHP). Through the OHP, we will be collecting "Sam Stories" from alumni. This is a voluntary project which allows alumni to share their most memorable moments while attending SHSU.
Project Timeline
Starting in September 2022, we will be teaming up with our partner, Publishing Concepts, Inc. (PCI) to collect stories from SHSU alumni and preserve them in a book that celebrates the impact SHSU has had on your lives and who you are today. The project will be completed and publications mailed in the Fall of 2023.

You will be contacted by our trusted partner PCI by postcard and email communication asking you to give them a call and tell your story. In addition to the contact information being shared with you on the postcard and email from PCI, the email and phone number to share your story will be linked here on this page prior to the September 23, 2022 launch date.
