Outlook: Automatic Photo Download

Outlook can automatically download photos from anyone with the @shsu domain or other email addresses. To enable this, follow these steps:

1. Click Home
2. Select Junk or select the Junk icon.
3. Click Junk Mail Options.

On the Junk E-mail Options dialogue box, select the Safe Senders tab and select Add.

In the Add address or domain dialogue box,

1. Type @shsu.edu in the blank box.
2. Click

On the next screen,

1. Verify @shsu.edu is listed.
2. Click Apply.
3. Then select OK.
