All payments made in person or by mail are due by 5pm on the due date. Online payments must be completed by 10pm on each due date. You must pay in full by the first due date or enroll in a payment plan with a minimum of 10% payment. If you increase your semester credit hours after you make your initial tuition/fees payment, you may have an additional amount due. Please monitor your account to avoid loss of class schedule.

Late Penalties

Failure to make payment of the first minimum installment payment or full payment MAY result in the loss of classes. SHSU will charge a twenty-five dollar ($25.00) late fee for each installment payment that is late. Except for the first minimum enrollment installment payment, SHSU will provide Student a nine (9) day grace period for payments to be received before the Student is charged a late fee.

Failure to make an installment payment does not automatically constitute a withdrawal from the University.
