Fitness Staff

Meet our dedicated student staff at the SHSU Campus Rec fitness program. Our energetic Group Fitness Instructors bring their expertise in cardio, strength training, yoga, dance, and more to create engaging and motivating group classes. For personalized guidance, our highly skilled Personal Trainers work closely with you, designing tailored workout plans and offering expert advice in weightlifting, functional training, HIIT, and endurance training. Our student staff are enrolled at SHSU. Many of them are studying health and wellness disciplines, and receive training to ensure the highest quality instruction.   • Why members should join my class: Participants should come to my classes because of the confidence that my classes can bring them, and the knowledge as well. My classes offer a great time to escape the pressures of school and life and relieve stress!

I am an experienced fitness instructor who strives on self-improvement for myself and my clients. I use science backed programs and workouts to increase all levels of fitness for my participants in my group fitness courses.
