Third Grade, Cypress Trails location
I was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Texas in 2007 with my husband and two children. I have taught elementary school for twenty-six years in both public and private school settings at the pre-kindergarten, kindergarten, first grade and fourth grade levels. I am very excited to join the SHSU Charter School family at Cypress Trails as the third grade teacher. Every year I look forward to getting to know my students and building a classroom community based on student needs and interests. I believe there is joy in learning and my hope is to help each of my students find that joy. In my free time I love spending time with my family, bike riding the wooded trails near my home and traveling in our new RV.
