Copy of Surveys

We encourage institutions to review a copy of survey questions to determine if your institution is planning on administering additional questions at the end of the survey. To access these questions, you will need to obtain a password by filling out the "Password Request Form" at the bottom of this page.

ADMINISTRATORS SURVEY OF ASSESSMENT CULTURE

The purpose of the Administrators Survey of Assessment Culture is designed to shift the focus toward more synergism, dialogical organizational cultures focused on improving student learning. The Administrators Survey is just one piece of the services offered through the Survey of Assessment Culture. Coupled with the Faculty Survey of Assessment Culture and the Student Affairs Survey of Assessment Culture, the Administrators Survey of Assessment Culture offers a comprehensive picture of an institution's culture of assessment.

The Administrators Survey of Assessment Culture is given to all administrative staff at a participating institution, excluding those employees in a Division of Student Affairs.

FACULTY SURVEY OF ASSESSMENT CULTURE

Institutional leaders looking to make evidence-based plans about assessment efforts on campus can do so by using data from the Faculty Survey of Assessment Culture. As a parallel instrument to the Administrators Survey of Assessment Culture and the Student Affairs Survey of Assessment Culture, this survey can provide institutions with excellent information on faculty perceptions and lead to innovations in how your institution engages in assessment, accountability, and accreditation efforts. Responses are anonymously recorded for all faculty teaching a credit-generating course in the semester of administration.

STUDENT AFFAIRS SURVEY OF ASSESSMENT CULTURE

The Student Affairs Survey of Assessment Culture was developed to examine issues student affairs staff face and provide valuable feedback for institutions to address the needs within the department. The Student Affairs Survey is just one piece of the services offered through the Survey of Assessment Culture. Along with the Administrators Survey of Assessment Culture and Faculty Survey of Assessment Culture, this survey offers a comprehensive evaluation of the institutions culture.
