Study the past and prepare for the future with the Master of Arts in History! This program features an innovative curriculum that helps students achieve their professional career goals. Our students, who are from many different backgrounds, have gone on to careers in secondary education, the military, civil service, and two-year college faculty positions, as well as graduate studies in history Ph.D. programs.

Is the program limited to people who have an undergraduate degree in history?

No! We welcome students from many different majors to our program and help them develop their understanding of the past.

When and how can I apply?
    • Whenever you like! The Master of Arts in History has a rolling application deadline. The Director of Graduate Studies evaluates applications throughout the year and provides timely responses to students.
