Assist Dyslexic Students

Through a blend of hands-on practice, research-based strategies, and real-world application, students learn how to address reading challenges in students with dyslexia. Courses cover topics like multisensory instruction, early literacy development, language and cognition, and strategies for diagnosing and correcting reading difficulties, equipping professionals with the knowledge to assess literacy skills and design effective intervention plans. With built-in field experience, our students gain practical insight into the world of dyslexia education and support.

Who is this certificate for?

This certificate will benefit individuals who wish to incorporate instructional strategies in the classroom or work as dyslexia interventionists.

Where and How Is This Program Available?

This fully online certificate program can apply toward the Master of Education in Literacy Instruction degree concurrently and/or post-completion. Fifty (50) field experience/practicum hours are embedded in the coursework.
