Comparative and Global Education
The Comparative and Global Education program combines policy, analysis, and education to develop the skills to interpret information within the various contexts in which policies were created and consider similar factors when developing new models. Both elective fields and concentrations are expansive to meet the needs and interests of students. Elective fields include higher education, political science, sociology, community health, kinesiology, instructional technology, and international literacy. Concentration fields include curriculum and instruction, adult education, instructional systems and design technology, teaching English as an additional language, early childhood education, higher education, political science, sociology, and public health.

Our Comparative and Global Education program within the Master of Education degree teaches students how to contextualize policies within their historical, philosophical, cultural, and social contexts.
