Herbert H. O'Quinn

Herbert H. O’Quinn has built an impressive career for himself with over forty years of experience. O’Quinn began his career at Texas Gulf Chemical Company where he held several management positions, including Middle East Project Manager, Beaumont Texas Operation Manager, and Employee and Industrial Manager. After twenty-two years with this company, O’Quinn left Texas Gulf in 1985 to become the Vice President of Operation for Burza International from 1985-1988. In 1988, joined the team at Tidewater Materials, serving at the company’s Operations and Personnel Manager for six years. Finally, in 1992, O’Quinn was named the Production Manager of Kinder Morgan Inc.’s Houston office, a position which he held until his retirement in 2005.
