Appointments for Current SHSU Students:

Please follow these steps to schedule an advising appointment.

If you opt to have reminders sent, you will receive an email reminder 24 hours in advance and a text message one hour in advance of your scheduled appointment. If you wish to change/cancel your appointment you can view your scheduled appointments from your Campus Connect on the right side under Upcoming Appointments. If you have any questions you can contact your advisor via Campus Connect as well.

You can also schedule an appointment with a College of Health Sciences Advisor at the SHSU-Sam Center by calling 936-294-4444 during normal business hours, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm or emailing samcenter@shsu.edu. 

Appointments for Prospective SHSU Students:

Many prospective student questions are addressed in the SON Information Sessions. Viewing the information session is required prior to scheduling an appointment with an School of Nursing advisor. 

Walk-In Advising:

We are not accepting walk-in advising appointments at this time.
