Bio

Jennifer Edeogu MSN, APRN, FNP-C, completed her undergraduate degree in nursing at Lamar University in 2010. She has been an ER Nurse for six years working in the Houston area. Jennifer attended the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston for her Masters in Nursing Education. She has been a Clinical Professor at Sam Houston State University since 2016, and she recently acquired a Post Master Certification in Family Nurse Practitioner at The University of Texas Health Science Center.

Ms. Edeogu has spent the last 10 years in the health care field and has enjoyed the flexibility and diversity of her career. Becoming an educator is a fulfilling profession that has allowed her to pass on her nursing knowledge to the future generation. She is passionate about patient safety, therapeutic care, and innovative practice. Her goal for the future is to continue to educate, inspire, and develop well rounded health care providers.
