The Career Readiness Academy (CRA) is a professional development program designed to help COBA students prepare for life after graduation. Through hands-on experiences and guided milestones, students build essential career skills such as resume development, interview preparation, networking, and employer engagement. Designed for juniors and seniors, the Academy supports students in polishing their professional brand, gaining confidence, and becoming career-ready for internships and full-time opportunities.

  • Career Success Center learning Lounge – NACE 8 modules
