Every performance is a chance to grow as a musician, develop your skills, and share your work with the community. Even non-music majors are welcome to audition for select ensembles, providing opportunities for anyone with a passion for music to get involved.
For nearly 100 years, the Bearkat Marching Band has brought dynamic performances to the SHSU community. Every rehearsal and performance is an opportunity to grow as a musician, collaborate with peers, and share your talents with audiences. Even non-music majors are welcome to audition, giving students with a passion for music the chance to get involved and be part of the tradition.
