Graduate Record Examination (GRE) General Test
The GRE General Test measures verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical writing skills. The test closely aligns with the types of skills that are required for success to today’s demanding graduate programs, including business and law.

- The Testing Center is a testing site for GRE.
- Appointments can be made by visiting the GRE website.
- Report time: Report to the testing site at least 15-30 minutes before your scheduled testing time.
- Exam length: 2 hours

- If you are taking the exam at a test center, there are key actions you need to take before your exam appointment to ensure your test day goes smoothly, including confirming you have the appropriate ID, and making sure you know where the test center is located.

- Your official GRE General Test scores will be available in your ETS account 8–10 days after your test date. You will receive an email from ETS when your scores are available.
- ETS will also send an official score report to the score recipients you designated on test day at that time.
