The GED® test offers adults a way to obtain a high school equivalency diploma based on current career and college readiness standards.

GED Exam Details

Huntsville Campus

  • The Testing Center is a testing site for GED.  
  • Appointments can be made by visiting the GED website.  
  • Report time: Report to the testing site at least 15-30 minutes before your scheduled testing time.  
  • Exam length: 2 hours

  • If you are taking the exam at a test center, there are key actions you need to take before your exam appointment to ensure your test day goes smoothly, including confirming you have the appropriate ID and making sure you know where the test center is located.
