Certificate in Business Legal Analysis

The Undergraduate Certificate in Business Legal Analysis is designed to provide graduates with a range of marketable skills. They’ll be able to recognize when and how laws affect professional decision-making. Students will be equipped to protect businesses from legal risk and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Our faculty teaches them to identify the public policy implications of passed and proposed legislation, and know when complex legal issues would benefit from further analysis by an attorney. They’ll be ready to communicate effectively with attorneys and recognize ethical dilemmas in the business context.
