This matrix provides a quick-reference list of operational & governance responsibilities for the SHSU public-facing website (shsu.edu), displayed by area or role.

IMC Digital Web strategy, brand standards, content standards, site structure, high-level landing pages, CMS governance, training, publishing standards, analytics, and user access oversight.
Colleges, Departments, and Divisions Accuracy and maintenance of assigned pages, department-level content, faculty/staff profiles, unique program-related content, local review processes, and content compliance within IMC standards.
SEI / Enrollment Partners Enrollment-related content coordination, inquiry and application pathways, RFI and CRM process alignment, admissions-related conversion paths, and enrollment communications where applicable.
IT@SAM Technical infrastructure, authentication, security, hosting support, system integrations, and technical support where applicable.
Website Advisory Working Group Cross-campus advisory input, governance feedback, and representation from divisions and colleges selected by vice presidents and deans.
Website Editors and Publishers Day-to-day content updates, accessibility compliance, workflow review, and publishing within assigned Cascade CMS permissions.
