Program Finder Component

Make your programs easy to find

The Program Finder component displays an automatically updated list of academic programs, making it easy for prospective students to explore offerings at a glance.

Program information is pulled directly from the program inventory, so the list stays current without manual updates.

Usage Guidelines 

  • Displays a list of programs with links to their corresponding program pages.
  • Updates automatically when the program inventory is updated.
  • Can be placed on any page.
  • Multiple instances can be used on the same page (for example, one filtered for bachelor's degrees and another for master's degrees).
  • Automatically includes a CTA button linking to the main program listing page (See All SHSU Programs).

Fields 

  • Academic Department: Filters programs by the academic department that administers them. Programs not assigned to a specific department default to their college. When filtered by college, only programs without a department assignment will display.
  • Program Classification: Filters programs by classification (for example, Bachelor's, Master's, or Certification). Leave this field blank to display all classifications.
