The initial training session was held and interviewing began on October 3^rd, 2000 and was attended by forty interviewers, four supervisors and the Survey Lab Manager. All interviewers and supervisors have had previous experience working on short-term projects. Telephone interviews were completed on October 22^nd, 2000.

Taking "excludes" into the equation yielded a cooperation rate of:

There was only one record where the persons living in the household were not over 18 years of age and was therefor Unqualified. There were a considerable amount of Bad Numbers, for a total of 29.2 % of the sample unable to participate.
