Total sample used for this project was 2,484 with the following final disposition:

No Answer/Busy/Answering Machine         178

No Call Attempt Made                                     9

Disconnect/ Bad number                             748

Call Backs                                                   150

Deaf/Language                                              23

Refusal                                                         652

Spanish Callback                                           63

Business/Government Excludes                 268

Total                                                       2,484

Cooperation rate (without looking at "excludes") was:

403 / (403 + 652 + 52) * 100 = 36.4 %

Taking "excludes" into the equation yielded a cooperation rate of:

(403 + 268) / (403 + 268 + 652 +52) * 100 = 48.8 %

There was only one record where the persons living in the household were not over 18 years of age and was therefor Unqualified. There were a considerable amount of Bad Numbers, for a total of 29.2 % of the sample unable to participate.
