We are pleased to announce the April 1st rollout of PeopleAdmin’s new Performance Management module. Performance Management provides functionality allowing SHSU to process all performance appraisals for staff employees online. Paper forms are no longer used for employee appraisals.

Benefits of Performance Management include:

➢ Automated reminders for employee reviews
➢ Employees actively engaged through an employee portal interacting with managers during the review process
➢ Electronic storage of appraisals providing easy access to records
➢ Dashboard indicators providing managers convenient access to important information
➢ Elimination of the paper-based process for employee performance appraisals

Human Resources personnel have prepared training sessions scheduled to assist supervisors and managers with this new application. We encourage you to attend one of these training sessions to learn more about Performance Management.
