Dr. Stacy G. Ulbig currently serves as Professor of Political Science at Sam Houston State University, where she specializes in the study of political attitude formation and the mass electoral behavior. She is the author of Vice Presidents, Presidential Elections, and the Media (First Forum Press), co-author of The Resilient Voter: Stressful Polling Places and Voting Behavior (Lexington Books) and her latest book, Angry Politics: Partisan Hatred and Political Polarization Among College Students is available at the University Press of Kansas. Ulbig received her Ph.D. from Rice University, where she served as a Survey Research Coordinator in the Behavioral Research Lab, and has previously served as Assistant Professor at Missouri State University and Distinguished Visiting Professor at the U.S. Air Force Academy.
