CCR COUNCIL

In 2005, under the Department of Campus Activities & Traditions, the CCR Council was created. The CCR Council was primarily created to plan and implement programs throughout the academic year. The CCR Council is housed under the Office of Community & Civic Responsibility and is made up of seven (7) students and an advisor that all work to educate the Sam Houston State University community through its programming.

Outreach Director

CCR Ambassadors

The CCR Ambassadors are an arm of the CCR Council. The Outreach Director oversees the CCR Council Ambassadors program and meets with them biweekly. CCR Council Ambassador roles & duties include:

  • Assist in the marketing efforts for all CCR Council related programs & events
  • Assist in the preparation & execution for CCR Council related programs & events
