Each semester, the Department of Leadership Initiatives hosts five Leadership Over Lunch events that cover various topics in leadership and professional development. Students, faculty, and staff are invited to enjoy a free lunch and engage in discussions about various aspects of leadership.

By attending a Leadership Over Lunch event, you will be able to...

  • Describe key attributes of an effective leader
  • Examine issues facing leaders today
  • Apply knowledge from Leadership Over Lunch to daily practice in developing leadership skills
