Prior to placing a request with IT, you have an opportunity to research the issue that you are having by using our Knowledge Base.
From the Cherwell Portal, in the toolbar, you will see a Quick Search box. If you click on the magnifying glass icon, you can choose what type of search you want to perform, select Knowledge Article from the list.
Then enter keywords for whatever information you may be searching, such as Outlook e-mail setup or an error message that you received.
We have a core of over 50,000 help articles and we will be adding additional content, so you will most likely be able to find something to help.
