Implementation of Army IgnitED for Veterans Resource Center
The Army decommissioned the GOARMY website and replaced it with Army IgnitED. This change requires new uploads for veteran student information to award funding to veteran students.

Establish Data Center Redundancy
This project will make the data centers located in AB1 and ITSB work the same. In the event we were to lose service to one, the other would pick up the load, allowing for minimal impact to campus.

Develop Dedicated User Acceptance Testing Environment
Create a dedicated test environment that mirrors the production environment. ERP Analysts (Developers) and functional users will have the ability to perform testing for new patches, upgrades, and integrations prior to rolling the updates to a production environment.

Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (MyWorkspace) Expansion
VDI provides a workspace that mimics a university Windows workstation through a web portal. This project will expand this service to replace the current remote.shsu.edu system as well as IT@Sam and Payroll workstation configurations.

Implementation of uConfirm for Human Resources
uConfirm will be the new employment verification system used by external parties wanting to verify employment information about past or present SHSU employees. This project will build out the integrations with the uConfirm system to provide the needed employee information for the appropriate verifications.
