Musculoskeletal disorders that affect the muscles, nerves, and tendons can be prevented though basic workstation adjustments and equipment modification.  Take this simple self-assessment and determine whether you could make improvements to your workstation to prevent injury and/or lessen the impact of pre-existing conditions.
