BRIAN K. HALL "COVERING THE BASES" SCHOLARSHIP IN MEMORY OF BARBARA EDWARDS ZIGLER: $1,000 per year. Recipient must be a full-time sophomore, junior, or senior student in good standing and majoring in any discipline in the College of Business Administration; have Greek affiliation and be in good standing; have a strong volunteer experience during previous and current semester, at time of application; and have graduated from a Texas High School. The applicant must also write an essay "Why Volunteering Matters,"in 200 words or less.

LONG-MCRAVEN ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP:$1,000 per year. Recipient must be a full-time undergraduate student in good standing in the Alpha Chi Omega Sorority at Sam Houston State University; have and maintain a minimum overall GPA of 3.0; declare a major in either education, journalism, or political science and demonstrate a commitment to service with the university and/or the community. Financial need is not a consideration.

DEDRE' P JEFFERSON D.E.L.T.A. SCHOLARSHIP: $1,000 per year. Recipient must be a full-time sophomore, junior, or senior student; a member of Kappa Mu Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated; major in any discipline and have and maintain a minimum overall GPA of 3.0. Financial need will not be a consideration.

RAVEN/KAPPA ALPHA ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP: The amount of the scholarship varies per semester. Recipients must be full-time undergraduate students (minimum of 12 hours, first time or repeat hours), active member of Gamma Tau chapter of Kappa Alpha Order, in good standing with the university, the fraternity and the National Office of Kappa Alpha Order and of good character to reflect positively on the Chapter. GPA requirement is 3.0 in previous long semester.

ANNE GIBBS AWARD: $250 per long semester. Must be currently enrolled female SHSU sophomore, junior or senior student and in good academic standing. Applicants must be nominated by a member of a Greek sorority.

LIBBY BRITT-PHILO/ZETA TAU ALPHA MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP: $200 annually. Must be a junior or senior member of Zeta Tau Alpha sorority and living in the ZTA sorority house. Must demonstrate financial need.
