What if my card was lost or stolen?
You can order a new card:
- In person: Stop by the Bearkat OneCard Office (located in the Estill Bldg. Suite 230) Monday-Friday from 8-5 p.m.
- By Phone: Call the Bearkat OneCard Office (936-294-2273) Monday-Friday from 8-5 p.m. or Bank Mobile )1-877-BEARKAT) after 5 p.m. and on weekends.
- Online: Log In to www.bearkatone.com Under "User Profile", click on "Card Status" to cancel and reorder a card.

What if my card is worn out?
You can order a Replacement card for FREE:

What if I am a returning as a student?
If you took time off from school and are now returning, you can order a Replacement card FREE of charge:
