Tom Haase

Tom Haase joined the Department of Political Science at Sam Houston State University as an assistant professor in 2015. Prior to his transition to Huntsville, he lived in Beirut, Lebanon, where he worked at the American University of Beirut. His research interests include disaster management, resilience, and public administration education. His teaching portfolio includes courses on international disaster management, community and social resilience, public policy, program evaluation, and Texas government.
