Echo-Revolve hybrid microscope is ideal for viewing samples in both brightfield and fluorescence mode.  It can be used as upright as well as inverted for observation purposes.

Ultra-bright LEDs for transmitted light and Imaging Channels containing 4 Epi-Fluorescence with 4x, 10x, 40x and 100 (oil immersion) objectives.

Camera specifications: Brightfield-12MP CMOS Color camera; Fluorescence-3.2MP CMOS Monochrome camera. 2048 x 1536 (Pixel size: 3.45um).

Confocal Laser scanning Microscope (CLSM)

Olympus Fluoview 3000

Confocal Microscope uses high focused laser to obtain 2D DIC/phase contrast/fluorescent high resolution images (can be reconstructed to 3D) by means of spatial pinhole in the instrument. It can image biological and material specimens under atmospheric pressure and temperature.

Fully motorized inverted microscope Olympus IX83 equipped with different lasers diodes (405nm, 488nm, 514nm, 561nm, 594nm, 640nm) and Galvanometer/Resonant scanner for normal/high speed imaging. Time lapse imaging and stage-top incubators are added features. The specimen can be viewed using air, oil or silicone objectives (4x,10x,20x, 40x and 60x objectives). CellSens software provides access to data analysis, processing, deconvolution, co-localization, cell count/measurements.


Critical Point Dryer (CPD)

The specimen can be prepared using critical point dryer after fixation and dehydration for SEM/TEM applications. Equipped with 12 baskets to run several samples at the sametime.

Excellent energy resolution (123 eV at Mn Kα, 45eV at C Kα and 53 eV at F Kα available).

Other available resolutions are 126 and 129 eV at Mn Kα
