What has surprised you the most about yourself since your arrival at SHSU?
How comfortable I am attending SHSU and living in Huntsville. |
Where else did you apply for college?
After attending Blinn College for 1 year in my hometown, SHSU is the only college I applied to. It is the only place I have ever wanted to go since 8th grade! |
What made you choose SHSU over the others?
It feels like a home away from home. After I graduate with my Forensic Chemistry, I would like to attend our Forensic Science Master’s Program here at SHSU through the College of Criminal Justice. Since we are nationally ranked for our Criminal Justice Program, this was the perfect place for me to go! |
Advice for incoming students:
College is a whole new experience and some days will seem overwhelming, but keep pushing because everyday is a new day! You can do this!! |
