Purpose. Advises the Director of Undergraduate Admissions on overall
admissions standards and admissions procedures; serves as a screening committee
in appeal cases involving individuals who have been denied regular or special
admission.
Appointments. The President makes all appointments from
nominations submitted by the University Faculty Senate; at least
one representative from each college; Chair is determined by position,
i.e., Director of Undergraduate Admissions; each faculty appointment
is for a period of three years with terms expiring at the end of
the fiscal year.
