Purpose. Oversee the production of an annual report of faculty research and creative activities; solicit faculty reports of such activities and choose, edit, and prepare these for publication; establish deadlines for faculty submissions.

Appointments. The President makes all appointments from the University Faculty Senate nominations; chair is elected by the committee each year; three-year terms expiring at the end of the fiscal year; each college/library should be represented on the committee. The initial committee should draw for staggered terms of service.
