Video Surveillance Access Request Form

Placing a WO for Video Surveillance:

In order to receive access to the surveillance system, please fill out a new SHSU Work Order.

1. Login to SamWeb
2. Choose the User Menu to expand the options
3. Choose New Work Order from the menu
4. Select # 7. "I’m in need of assistance with a server or Video Surveillance."
5. Enter the Contact information and choose next.
6. Enter a Description with specification of needing access to existing cameras already on the surveillance system or installing a new system in your area.
7. Verify your description.
8. Submit.
