While conducting a welfare check of a male in the 2000 block of Sam Houston Avenue at 1:23 AM, the officer determined that that he was very intoxicated. The male university student was arrested and charged with the Class C Misdemeanor offense of Public Intoxication (137136).

An officer responded to 1600 Avenue I (Rachael Jackson Hall) at 9:43 AM in reference to smoke coming from a dryer vent. Upon inspection, it was determined that a female university student was drying a pair of boots in the dryer. The boots rubber soles melted causing the dryer to overheat. Inspection by maintenance personnel indicated that there was no damage to the dryer and further stated that the debris from the boots caused the smoke in the dryer (137048).

Officer met with complainant at 5:02 PM who reported that their vehicle was parked in a university parking area in the 1900 block of Avenue I and sustained damaged while legally parked. The complainant stated that the damage happened sometime between April 24th and today, May 6th. Damaged consisted of multiple scratched with with paint transfer to the right rear bumper area (136939).

While conducting a traffic stop in the 800 block of 11th Street at 6:55 PM, the officer determined that the male driver was wanted on eight outstanding warrants of arrest. The driver was arrested and transported to the Walker County Jail (136908).

Officer was dispatched 1700 block of Avenue O in reference to a suspicious person near Pritchett Field. Upon arrival, the officer located the male on the soccer field which is a secure area. Upon investigation, the officer determined that the male was intoxicated. The male was arrested and charged with the Class C Misdemeanor offense of Public Intoxication. In addition, the male was issued a criminal trespass warning for all SHSU property (136854).
An officer responded to White Hall (2101 Avenue I) at 11:23 PM in referece to a report of an assault. Upon arrival, the complainant reported that she was assaulted by antoher female university student. The officer identified the suspects and a report was completed into this incident (136882).

An officer met with a male student complainant who reported that he left his cell phone in the Newton Gresham Library (1830 Bobby K Marks Drive) on accident at 1:30 PM. Upon return at 2:20 PM, the phone was no longer at the location where he left it and it had not been turned into lost and foudn. A report was completed in reference to this incident (136769).
Officer met with a male student complainant at the University Police Department who reported that he was sexually assaulted by another male university student in his residence located at Bearkat Village (2400 Montgomery Road). The complainant stated that there were laying in bed wathcing a movie when he the other male fondled him. The male did not wish to pursue a formal criminal complaint. Upon review of the incident, this initial assessment does not indicate an ongoing threat to the University community. A copy of this report will be forwarded to the Dean of Students' Office for review and the Department of Residenc Life (136833).

While conducting a traffic stop in the 800 block of Bowers Boulevard at 9:00 AM, officer determined that the vehicle had been reported stolen. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle had been reported stolen in Baytown, Texas. Upon contact, they provided details of the offense report filed with their department. At this time, the female student driver was released; however, the vehicle was impounded as a recovered stolen vehicle. The Baytown Police Department was notified that the vehicle had been recovered and which tow company had the vehicle (136704).
An officer was dispatched to Residence Life Office (910 Bearkat Boulevard) at 1:17 PM in reference to a report of missing property. The complainant reported that items inside of her residence, located at in Parkhill House (2003 Avenue J), were missing after her roommate moved out early. The complainant stated that she did want to pursue the filing of a formal criminal complaint and she just wanted her personal belongings returned (136718).

At 1:56 PM, officers responded to the newton Gresham Library (1830 Bobby K Marks Drive) in reference to a suspicious incident. Upon arrival, an officer met with library staff who reported that a female student advised of finding some suspicious writing on a desk. The female student reportee left from the scene prior to officers arriving. Officers located the desk in question where an unknown individual wrote on the desk that stated in part, "I'm going to blow this bitch on May 3rd, 2013." An investigation into this incident is ongoing (136679).
Officer met with complainant at the University Police Department who reported that on April 29th at approximately 3:00 PM he left a USB drive in Art Buliding D (2025 Sam Houston Avenue). Upon return today, he noted that the drive was missing. A theft report was completed in regards to this incident (136690).
At 9:12 PM, an officer was dispatched to the University Police Department to meet with the complainant in reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle report. Upon arrival, the complainant reported that her vehicle, while parked in the Belvin-Buchanan Horseshoe parking lot (1008 16th Street), she noted that personal items were missing. Upon inspection of the vehicle the officer was unable to locate any signs of forced entry and the complainant was unsure if she had secured her vehicle. An offense report was completed in regards to this incident (136694).

While assisting with the investigation, the officer identified a male from Webster, Texas who he determined to be in possession of contraband. An officer was dispatched to Lone Star Hall (910 Bearkat Boulevard) at 1:21 PM in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, the officer located two female subjects who had been in a physical confrontation. After an investigation, both female university students were issued a Class C Misdemeanor citation for the offese of Assault (136414).
At 10:14 PM, a officer was dispatched to the Sam Houston Village parking garage (1600 Sam Houston Avenue) in reference to a fight in progress report. Upon arrival, the officer located two female university students who were involved in an altercation. During the investigation, neither party wished to pursue a criminal complaint. A report of the incident was completed and will be forwarded to the Department of Residence Life and the Dean of Students Office for further reveiw (136431).

An officer was dispatched to the University Police Department at 10:52 AM in reference to a report of an assault. Upon arrival, officer made contact with the female complainant, via telephone, who reported her son was assaulted by a professor during an Agricultural & Industrial Science Fair. The complainant, a male minor, stated that on April 11, 2013 at Agriculture Complex (440 IH-45 South) a professor grabbed his arm causing a bruise. An investigation into this matter is ongoing and an assault report has been completed (135922).
Officer spoke with complainant, via telephone, at 2:37 PM who reported that his likeness and his basic information was being used online without his permission. At this time the complainant is attempting to have this infomation removed from the website and did not wish to pursue a formal criminal complaint (136378).

While conducting a welfare check of a male in the 1900 block of Bobby K Marks Drive at 1:16 AM, officer noted that the male had just vomited. While speaking to him she determined that he was extremely intoxicated. The male was arrested and charged with the Class C Misdemeanor offense of Public Intoxication (136242).
Officer was dispatched to the 1900 block of Bobby K Marks Drive at 1:30 AM to assist with a medical call (136245).
Officer made contact with a male university student on the easet side of the Coliseum (1934 Bobby K Marks Drive) at 1:38 AM and determined that he was intoxicated. The male was arrested and charged with the Class B Misdemeanor offense of Public Intoxication (136250).
An officer was dispatched to the Huntsville Police Department (1212 Avenue M) at 10:22 AM in reference to a report of an assault. At this time the officer met with two former university students who reported that they were involved in an altercation with a former girl-friend. The complainants described the confrontation, injuries that were sustained, and damages to his vehicle; however, neither wanted to pursue a criminal complaint. Information was obtained and a report was completed documenting the incident (136257).
Officer responded to the Bearkat Village Complex (2400 Montgomery Road) at 12:50 PM in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, officer met with complainant who reported that another male university student had threatened him with bodily harm. The suspect was located and acknowledged making the threat. Subsequently, the male was issued a Class C Misdemeanor citation for the offense of Assault by Threat. The suspect was issued a criminal trespass warning for the building in which the complainant resides (136260).

At 12:15 AM, officer identified a heavily intoxicated female in the 1900 block of Bobby K Marks Drive. At this point, the female was being combative and it was determined that she was a danger to herself. The female was arrested and charged with the Class C Misdemeanor offense of Public Intoxication of a Minor. The female was determined to be under the age of 21 (136163).
At 8:05 PM, an officer observed a male univeristy student urinating on the northwest side of Austin Hall. Upon contact, the officer determined that the male was very intoxicated. Subsequentley, the male was arrested and charged with the two following Class C Misdemeanors: Public Intoxication of a Minor; and Disorderly Conduct (136213).
Officer was dispatched to the Bearkat Village Complex (2400 Montgomery Road) at 9:41 PM in reference to a single motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, it was determined that a male university student lost control of his vehicle and sturck an airconditioning unit (136220).
While conducting a traffic stop in the 2400 block of Sam Houston Avenue (city street) at 11:51 PM, the officer determined that the driver was in possession of contraband. The driver was arrested and charged with the Class C Misdemeanor offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (136234).

While checking on the welfare of a male sleeping in a parkind vehicle in the 800 block of Bowers Boulevard (university parking area) at 12:21 AM. While checking on the male university student, the officer determined that he was in possession of contraband. The male was issued a Class C Misdemeanor Citation for the offense of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (136085).
An officer was dispatched to the Bearkat Village Complex (2400 Montgomery Road) at 9:18 AM where the complainant reported that her purse was stolen from her unsecured residence. The purse was located and it was determined that contents in it were missing. The officer completed a Burglary of a Habitation offense report (136100).
An officer was dispatched to a construction site at University Camp (2245 FM 980) at 9:35 AM in reference to a report of an assault. The responding officer met with the complainant who reported that he was threatened by another employee doing construction on site. As a result of the investigation, three criminal complaints are being sought in reference to three identified suspects in the case. The charges being sought range from Aggravated Assault to Harassment (136102).
Officer met with complainant at 4:41 PM at the University Police Department who reported several items missing from her dorm room located in Vick House (1929 Avenue I). The complainant reported that the thefts have occurred since returning for the spring semester and believes that her roommate is responsible. The complainant provided suspect information and an investigation into the matter is ongoing (136114).
At 8:24 PM, officer observed a male who appeared to be extremely intoxicated in the Jonson Coliseum (1964 Bobby K Marks Drive) at 8:24 PM. Upon checking on the male (determined to be a university student), it was determined that he was under the age of 21 and under the influence of alcohol. The male was arrested and charged with the Class C Misdemeanor offense of Public Intoxciation of a Minor (136125).

Officer was dispatched to the 900 block of 15th Streeet (city street) at 10:13 AM where the complainant reported that a university staff member operating a lawn mower struck a vehicle. Information was obtained and a report was completed (136040).
At 10:23 AM, officer received emails from a former student that were somewhat concerning. The emails were collected and an incident report was completed (136041).
Officer was dispatched to the Smith-Hutson Building (1821 Avenue I) at 4:20 PM where the complainant reported that a men's first floor restroom was damaged. Officer located two stalls where the toilet paper dispensers were damaged. A criminal mischief report was completed (136055).
Officer was dispatched to the Bearkat Village Complex parking area (2400 block of Montgomery Road) at 11:57 PM where the complainant reported that their vehicle was burglarized. The complainant reported that her vehicle was not locked and her purse was stolen from the rear passenger seating area (136080).
April 17, 2013
Officer was dispatched to the University Police Department at 12:35 AM to speak with a complainant, via telephone, in reference to a report of a threat. Upon contact, the reportee identified themself as a moderator of a social media site. The complainant stated that an unknown person was attempting to post a threat which they felt posed a danger to the SHSU campus. The complainant provided officers infromation associated with the post and officers were able to identify a suspect. That same morning, at approximately 6 AM, officers who traveled to Katy, Texas positiviely identified the suspect and the suspect (a 20 year-old male of Katy, Texas) confessed to making the post. After interviewing the suspect, it was determined that the suspect did not present a threat to the campus or himself, and it was confirmed that he was living with his parents at their residence. A report was completed and was presented to the Walker County District Attorney's Office for the Class B Misdemeanor offene of Terroristic Threat (135980).
An officer was dispatched to the Coliseum Parking Lot (1900 block of Bobby K Marks Drive) at 10:19 AM where the complainant reported that a green electrical box was damaged sometime in the last two weeks (135990).

Officer contacted complainant, via telephone, in reference to a report of a theft. Upon contact, the complainant reported that at 3:45 PM she left her cell phone in a restroom in the Lee Drain Building (1900 Avenue I). Upon return, her phone was missing. The officer completed a theft report in reference to this incident (135943).

An officer was dispatched to Sam Houston Village (1600 Sam Houston Avenue) at 10:19 AM in reference to a reported theft. Upon arrival, the complainant reported that he was missing $400.00 in U.S. Currency from his room. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence and an investigation continues into this incident (135833). On April 18th, the complainant was contacted by the department investigator. At this time the complainant reported that he found his reported missing money in a different location in his residence. This case has been cleared (135833).

While in the 2400 block of Sam Houston Avenue at 12:07 AM, officer observed a male in the Sam South Complex who was hiding behind parked vehicles. Upon checking the male's welfare, the officer determined that he was highly intoxicated. The male university student was arrested and charged with the Class C Misdemeanor offense of Public Intoxication (135735).
Officer responded to 259 Interstate I-45 South at 9:29 AM to assist the Huntville Police Department in transporting a suspect involved in a forgery.
An officer responded to the 1700 block of Bobby K Marks Drive at 5:39 PM to investigate a motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles (135765).
An officer responded to the Agriculture Complex (440 IH 45 South) at 3:34 PM in reference to a report of a suspicious person. After a brief search, the person was found in the 2400 block of Avenue P by a Huntsville Police Department Officer. After speaking with the male resident of Autin, Texas, the officer determined that the male intoxicated to a point that he was a danger to himself and others. The male was arrested and charged with the Class C Misdemeanor offense of Pulbic Intoxciation. It should be noted that the male was also issued a criminal trespass warning for all SHSU property (135758).

A female resident of Huntsville, Texas was arrested at 9:21 AM at the University Police Department (2424 Sam Houston Avenue) in reference to an outstanding warrant of arrest (135655).
Officer was dispatched to the 1100 block of 12th Steet where a male university student complainant reported that his vehicle was missing from the space that he parked it in. The vehicle was located a short time later in the middle of Intramural Field Number Two (1800 block of Bobby K. Marks Drive) near where he originally parked the vehicle. At this time the complainant is certain that his vehicle did not roll out of place. An unathorized use of a motor vehicle report was completed by the officer (135666).
Officer met with complainant at the University Police Department at 2:05 PM who reported that her vehicle sustained damage while parked at Sam Houston Village (1600 Sam Houston Avenue) on April 5th. Damage was reported to have been sustained on the trunk of the vehicle. A criminal mischief report was completed by the officer (135670).
Officer responded to Sam Houston Village (1600 Sam Houston Avenue) at 8:40 PM in reference to a student who was in possession of a policy defined prohibited weapon. Upon arrival, officer met with student who was found to be in possession of a airsoft pistol. The weapon was seized and the student will be referred to the Dean of Students' Office and the Department of Residence Life (135688).

Upon checking their weflare, the officer determined that the female was slightly intoxicated. A roommate was contacted and the female was released. The male was determined to be a non-student with a lengthy criminal history, and near an all female dorm. The male was issued a criminal trespass warning for all SHSU property (135027).
Officer responded to Estill Hall (1002 Bearkat Boulevard) at 7:38 PM to a report of a student in distress. Upon arrival, officers located the student and medical assistance was sought (135060).

An officer was dispatched to the University Health Center at 3:55 PM where the female complainant reported that she was sexually assaulted. The female student reported that on March 23, 2013 she was assaulted by a male university student whom she knows. At this time the complainant did not wish to file a formal criminal complaint and does not want to pursue this matter any further. Based on the investigation currently being conducted, this reported incident does not present an ongoing threat to the University community at large (135012).

Upon arrival, the officer determined that the males being detained by Huntsville Police Department were loitering on campus property. While conducting a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Sycamore Avenue at 7:01 PM, the officer determined that a passenger in the vehicle was in possession of contraband. The male was arrested and charged with the Class A Misdemeanor offense of Possession of Marijuana (134501).

While conducting a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Avenue J at 7:20 PM, officer determined that the driver was wanted on an outstanding warrant of arrest. The driver was arrested and placed in the backseat of the officer's patrol car. While speaking with the suspect, the male stated to the officer that he had contraband on his person. Subsequently, the male driver was charged with the outstanding warrant of arrest and the State Jail Felony Offense of Possession of a Controlled Substance (134060).
Officer was contacted by a sister of a student at 8:51 PM who reported that the student was missing and had not had contact with them since March 5, 2013. A check of University property (inlcuding local address) were checked. The student nor their property (vehicle) was located on campus. ON March 10th, the student was located in antoher Texas town and was not in any imminent danger (134061).

Officer was dispatched to the 1600 block of Avenue I at 1:11 AM in reference to a report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, the officer located the vehicle in question that was legally parked; however, a vehicle door was left open. Upon checking the vehicle, the officer detected the fresh smell of burnt marijuana. Upon locating the owner at their residence on campus (Lone Star Hall), the two male students admitted to smoking marijuana in the vehicle earlier. While conducting a search of the room, the officer also located other items in the residence not permitted by Residence Life Policy. A report was completed and will be forwarded to the Department of Residence Life and the Dean of Students' Office for review (133948).
Officer met with complainant at the University Police Department at 3:22 PM who reported that he was contacted by unknown individual on February 15th wanting to renew his warranty on a vehicle. The complainant advised that he provided the caller with his personal information. After contacting his parents about this call, the victim stated that he believed he was the victim of a scam. The officer completed a theft report in regards to this incident (133963).

Officer responded to the 2100 block of Sycamore Avenue at 2:32 AM to assist an off duty Huntsville Police Department officer who requested assistance with an intoxicated male. Upon arrival, the officer located the male in question and determined that he was very intoxicated. The male was arrested and charged with the Class C Misdemeanor offense of Public Intoxication (133902).
Officer met with complainant at the University Police Department (3:48 PM) who reported that he was assaulted by an non-university student in the Bearkat Plaza area (1800 block of Avenue I). At this time the student was not sure if they want to pursue a formal criminal complaint; however, a report was completed noting the reported incident (133922).
Officer responded to the University Police Department at 4:14 PM where the complainant reported that a female university student attempted to strike them with her vehicle as they crossed the street at the intersection of 17th Street and Bobby K. Marks. An investigation into the incident is ongoing, and a copy of the report has been sent to the Dean of Students' Office for review (133924).

Officer was dispatched to the CHSS Building (1901 Avenue I) at 3:48 PM where he met with a staff member who reported that they discovered fraudulent activity on their department purchasing credit card. An offense report was completed by the officer in reference to this incident (133772).
Officer observed a suspicious male in the 3000 block of Sam Houston Avenue at 11:16 PM, and when officer attempted to make contact the male attempted to elude the officer. The officer was able to locate and identify the male. The male admitted to reappropriating property that does not belong to him during the interview. At this time the male was issued a criminal trespass warning for all SHSU property (133819).

Upon locating the male and speaking with him, the officer determined that he was very intoxicated. During the traffic stop, the officer determined that the male driver and female passenger were in possession of contraband. The driver and passenger were arrested. Upon inspection of the vehicle, the officer noted that it appeared someone used an unknown tool to punch out her door lock. Officers responded to the Smith-Hutson Building (1821 Avenue I) at 10:04 AM in reference to a report of a fire. Upon arival, the officer observed smoke in the first floor hallway. An employee of the University who works for the electrical department was on scene and advised that an elevator motor had burned up. Members of the Huntsville Fire Department arrived and verified the situation. The building was evacuated and remained closed until 12:15 PM so the smoke could filter out of the affected areas of the building (131521).

Officer responded to the Admin Parking Lot (1100 Bowers Boulevard) at 2:03 AM in reference to a report of damaged university property. Upon arrival, officer noted that a vehicle struck a hand rail located on a set of stairs (131224).
At 2:57 PM, officer were dispatched to White Hall (2101 Avenue I) to assist with a medical call. Upon arrival, officer were directed to a student who reported to have jumped from the fourth floor of White Hall for unknown reasons. The student was transported by Life Flight for further treatment (131246).

Officers were dispatched to Lone Star Hall (910 Bearkat Boulevard) at 12:42 AM in reference to a report of an alcohol violation. Upon arrival, it was determined that two male university students (under the age of 21) were in possession of alcohol. Both students were issued Class C Misdemeanor Citations for the offense of Minor in Possession of Alcohol (131172).

Officer was dispatched to White Hall (2101 Avenue I) at 2:54 PM where the complainant reported that his laundry was stolen from a washing machine located on the fourth floor. A theft report was completed in regards to this incident (131081).
Officer met with complainant in the Raven Village parking lot (2133 Avenue I) at 9:52 PM who reported witnessing a motor vehicle crash, and then observed the driver flee the scene. With the help of the witness, the suspect was located and information was obtained (131110).

While conducting a traffic stop in the 2400 block of Sam Houston Avenue at 1:51 AM, the officer determined that the male driver was intoxicated. The driver was arrested and charged with the Class B Misdemeanor offense of Driving While Intoxicated (130926)

While conducting a traffic stop at 11:59 PM in the 300 block of Bearkat Boulevard, the officer determined that the driver was wanted on an outstanding warrant of arrest. The driver was arrested and transported to the Walker County Jail (130912).

Officer was dispatched to Raven Village (2133 Avenue I) at 12:10 AM in reference to a report of a suspicious odor. Upon investigation, the officer determined that a male university student was in possession of contraband. The student was arrested and charged with the Class B Misdemeanor offense of Possession of Marijuana (130767).
While conducting a traffic stop in the 500 block of Bowers Boulevard, officer determined that the driver was wanted on three outstanding warrants of arrest. The driver was arrrested and transported to the Walker County Jail (130823).
January 17, 2013
At 3:12 PM, an officer was dispatched to ABI where the complainant reported that two chairs were stolen from a lab in the CHSS Building on January 16th. The IT Department was able to review video and determine who the suspects were. information was obtained and a report was completed. A copy of this report will be sent to the Dean of Students' Office for review since the IT Department did not wish to pursue a criminal complaint (130747).
While in the 1300 block of 17th Street, officer observed three university students using a closed athletic field. All three students were identified and were advised that they were not to using the closed field (secured by fence and gates). A report was completed and will be fowarded to the Dean of Stduents' Office for review (130749).
Officer was dispatched to Bearkat Village (2401 Montgomery Road) at 9:23 PM where the complainant reported that her vehicle was vandalized. Upon arrival, officer observed that the vehicle had been "keyed" on the driver's side. Information was obtained and a report was completed (130763).
January 16, 2013
Officer pursued vehicle inot into the 1900 block of L 1/2 Street at 1:23 AM for a traffic violation. The vehicle came to a stop where the occupants of the vehicle fled, leaving the vehicle unsecured. While securing the vehicle, contraband was located. During the time of the stop, the males occupants who fled were not located and an investigation continues (13-0641).
While in the 2100 block of Sam Houston Avenue at 2:25 AM, officer observed an individual slumped over in their vehicle. Upon chekcing the individual's welfare, the officer determined tha the male university student was very intoxicated. The male was arrested for the Class C Misdemeanor offense of Public Intoxication of a Minor (130644).
While at the Sam Houston Parking Garage (1730 Avenue I), officer noted that a bollard had been damaged at the lower level entrance/exit to the garage. A report noting the damage was completed and there are no suspects or witnesses at this time (130662).
At 9:01 AM, officer were dispatched to the intersection of Bowers Boulevard and Avenue I in reference to an accident involving a vehicle and a pedestrian. Upon arrival, officers were informed that the pedestrian had left the scene. At approximately 2:20 PM, the pedestrian contacted this department and provided a statement in regards to the accident. The pedestrian stated that after she was struck by the vehicle, she did not feel pain and left to go to her class. The driver of the vehicle that struck her did not leave the scene until the pedestrian got up and left. At this time, there is no furhter information available regarding this incident (130676).
Officer met with complainant at the Raven Village Complex (2133 Avenue I) at 6:09 PM in reference to a report of Harassment. The female student reported that she was receiving harassing text from a former boyfriend. The male was contacted by the investigating officer and was asked to cease contact with his former girlfriend. A copy of the report will be forwarded to the Dean of Students' Office for review (130697).

Officer responded to the HKC (located at 801 Bowers Boulevard) where a staff member reported a lost fuel card (130600).
Officer was dispatched to the 1800 block of Avenue I at 4:00 PM to investigate a minor motor vehicle accident involving a University vehicle (13610).
While conducting a traffic stop in the 2100 block of Sam Houston Avenue at 10:24 PM, the officer determined that the driver (of Houston, Texas) was wanted on an outstanding warrant of arrest. Additionally, the passenger (of Fresno, Texas) was wanted on an outstanding warrant of arrest. Both the driver and passenger were arrested and transported to the Walker County Jail (130630).

Officer responded to 2435 Montgomery Road at 4:17 PM to assist the Huntsville Police Department with the report of a shooting. Officer located four males who reported that they were victims. Officer detained the individuals for an investigation by the Huntsville Police Department since it was not campus property (13489).
At 4:40 PM, officer observed and recognized male in the 1700 block of 11th that was wanted on oustanding warrants of arrest. The male was detained and three warrants of arrest were confirmed. The male was arrested and transported to the Walker County Jail (130549).

A male was arreted in the 2000 block of Bobby K Marks Drive at 4:16 PM after it was found that he was in violation of a criminal trespass. The male was taking to the Walker County Jail and charged with the Class B Misdemeanor offense of Criminal Trespass (130391).

While conducting a traffic stop in the 1200 block of 11th Street at 3:10 AM, officer determined that the driver and passenger (of Midway and Madisonville Texas) were in possession of contraband. Both were arrested and charged with the Class B Misdemeanor offense of Possession of Marijuana (13316).
Officer was dispatched to the University Police Department at 3:14 PM where the female complainant stated that her student university IT account had been compromised. The complainant provided suspect information and an investigation into the incident is ongoing (13322).
January 7, 2013
While attempting a traffic stop in the 1600 block of Avenue I at 6:27 PM, the vehicle failed to stop for the officer and attempted to flee. The came to a stop at in the 1800 of 16th Street at a residence where two males and a female fled on foot from the officer. The two males suspects were located and arrested. The female passenger was not able to be located. One male was charged the the Third Degree Felony offense of Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle. The second male was charged with the Class A Misdemeanor of Evading Arrest or Dentention and the Class B Misdemeanor offense of Possession of Marijuana (13254).

Officer was dispatched to the TRIES Building, located at 2424 Sam Houston Avenue, at 12:26 PM in reference to a report of damaged university property. Upon arrival, officer noticed that the fence on the south side of the building was damaged. License plates were also located on scene.
