Purpose. To address concerns and provide advice on all fringe benefits for employees at Sam Houston State University

The President makes all appointments and designates the Chair (which may be the Director of Human Resources); committee consists of nine members-the Director of Human Resources is automatically a member of the committee; other members include four faculty members and four staff members; indefinite terms.
