| Purpose. |
- Monitor University compliance with the Americans with Disabilities
Act of 1990;

- Recommend both administrative and academic policies;

| Members. The President makes all appointments and designates the
Chair; indefinite terms. Two student representatives may be nominated by
the Vice President for Student Services. The student representatives (of
students with disabilities) serve one year appointments expiring May 31
of each year. |
