Purpose. To facilitate an effective and timely notification process regarding substantive changes. The committee will coordinate efforts to identify the need for and creation of notification letters, applications, and prospectus documents necessary to comply with APS 081212 Substantive Change Notification.
Appointments. The Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs makes all appointments; the committee is a standing committee comprised of the SACS Liaison, who serves as Chair; members include an associate/assistant dean from each academic college; the Director of Academic Instructional Technology and Distance Learning; the Director of Special Projects for Academic Affairs; the Registrar will serve as an ex-officio member. All members will serve indefinite terms.
