Installation & Usage

	1.	Make sure you have Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 closed before installing. Open the Macromedia Extension Manager under Start, All Programs, SHSU Programs, Web Authoring, and Dreamweaver MX 2004.

	2.	Making sure the drop down menu near the top says "Dreamweaver MX 2004", Go to the File pull down menu and select "Install Extension..."

	3.	Browse to where you saved the downloaded extension, insertTRAILmeta.mxp, then select and install.

	4.	Close the Macromedia Extension Manager and open Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004.
	5.	With an HTML page open you will find on the Insert Toolbar at the top, on the Common Category near the end, the icon for Inserting TRAIL Meta. Click on the Insert TRAIL Meta icon.

	6.	The Insert TRAIL Meta box will open. Fill in the apporpiate fields. Title: Sam Houston State University Keywords: list words that you think people would use to search for your web site. List words with commas between them and no more than 25 words. (ex: sam, houston, state, university) Description: Give a short description of the web site Click "OK" to finish inserting.
