Insert FormMail hidden fields

Installation & Usage

	1.	Make sure you have Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004 closed before installing. Open the Macromedia Extension Manager under Start, All Programs, SHSU Programs, Web Authoring, and Dreamweaver MX 2004.

	2.	Making sure the drop down menu near the top says "Dreamweaver MX 2004", Go to the File pull down menu and select "Install Extension..."

	3.	Browse to where you saved the downloaded extension, InsertFormMail.mxp, then select and install.

	4.	Close the Macromedia Extension Manager and open Macromedia Dreamweaver MX 2004.
	5.	With an HTML page open you will find on the Insert Toolbar at the top, on the Common Category near the end, the icon for Inserting FormMail. Click on the Insert FormMail icon.

	6.	The Insert FormMail box will open. Fill in the apporpiate fields. Recipient: The email address the FormMail web form will be emailed to. (Note: the address must end in @shsu.edu) Subject: The subject of the email being sent by the FormMail. Redirect: The web address where the form will take the user after the user submits the form. (Note: must include http://) Required fields: List of the fields required. Input the field names with just a comma (no spaces) between the field names. Missing fields redirect: The web address where the form will go after the user submits the form, but are missing a required field. Sort: List the order of the fields the way you want them to appear in the email sent. List the names with commas and no spaces. Click "OK" to finish inserting.
