TouchNet -Adding New & Editing Existing Stores

Create (Add) a Store


Access Marketplace.

Select the appropriate Merchant. You will only see those stores or functions to which your role has access.

Check that the merchant-level Settings, Accounting Codes, Users, and Tax Account Codes have been configured. If not, please update your work order so these can be updated in the Administrative Settings. These settings must be in place before you add a new store.

Select Stores.

Select Add Store.

 

Add Store in TouchNet

 

Select Create New Store. Your Store ID is automatically generated. This is also where you can set the store to either Online or Offline mode. In Offline mode, the store is not available from the SHSU Mall.

Note: It is strongly recommended that stores are Offline during any editing whether in TEST or PROD environments.
