Profile Maintenance:

First go to Start   and go to "My Computer" - which could be labeled with your Username on your computer's Node Number.

From here, select Local Disk (C:)  and navigate to the WINNT folder. Once you are in the WINNT folder find the profiles folder.

Inside the profiles folder look for a folder that has your username on it. It should be below 75 MB in size, if not we need to clean it up!

Check every folder that is in your profile folder to see if it is over 1 MB. Make note of every one you find that has more 1 MB in size.

After you have checked all the folders we need to go into each one individually and clear out any unneeded items.

The first place to look is in the Desktop folder. If there is anything in it other than shortcuts, you should move it all to your S: drive or any outside media: flash drive, CD, etc.

After you have finished clearing the Desktop folder, go back to your profile folder (the one with your username on it)  and double click on the Application Data folder.

Check each folder in the Application Data folder for MB in the file size.

Once you have identified all the folders with MB in it's file size, go through each folder and delete any older versions of a program that might be in that folder.

It would also be a good idea to delete anything that you don't use.

For example, if you do not use  Corel WordPerfect you can delete the Application Data folder that corresponds to it.

When you have gone through all the folders and sub-folders, empty the Recycle Bin, Log-Off the computer and then Restart the machine.

Log back in, check your profile size and repeat the above guide if necessary.
