First, log into SamWeb.In the left side navigation, choose IT@Sam. Then select "Work Order System." From there select "User Menu" and then select "New Work Order"
You will be prompted with The Help Zone Window. Select a link from the list that most closely relates to that of your problem. Try to know as much about your problem as possible before creating a work order. That way it is easier to fill out a work order and it is sent to the right people.
If you need assistance with your computer, select I need assistance with computer technology.
If you do not see the option that fits your need, select Any other general technical support for hardware or software.
Enter your username and press Update User Info
Your contact informaton will be populated
In full detail, fill out all the questions given for your issue and attach any files necessary. Be sure to be clear and complete in your answer. Click submit once finished.
