Filter Spam in Outlook 2011

• Select Tools then select Rules.
• Under Exchange click on the '+' sign to add a new rule.

Enter SPAM for the Rule name.

• IF
  
  1. Set the 2 drop-down menus as Any header and Contains.
  2. Type in X-Spam-Flag: YES in the open textbox.

• THEN
  

1. Set the first drop-down menu as Move Messages.
2. Select the second drop-down menu then click Choose folder...
   Select the Junk E-mail folder.
3. Remove any additional Action by selecting Remove Action.
   

• Verify Enabled checkbox is checked.

• Select OK.
• Any Spam should now be filtered
