Sharing your Calendar in Outlook 2010
- Open Outlook 2010 and select ‘Calendar’
- Select Open Calendar and then Open Shared Calendar from the Ribbon.
- Enter the name of the person the Calendar belongs to and click Ok. If you click on Name, it will open the address book so you can search that way as well.
- The shared calendar will now show up in Outlook under 'Shared Calendars'.
