Exchange Mail - Create Distribution List

After opening Exchange Mail - Select the Contacts tab.
Then select the New tab. And select Distribution List under the New Tab.
A window will appear. Name the Distribution List.
Type in the addresses for the distribution list, or you may select from the Members list.
When you select the Members tab a new window will appear. Scroll through and select the names for the distribution list. As you select the names they will appear in the Members Selection at the bottom of the window.
Once all you members have been selected - Select OK.
Select Save and Close.
The new distribution list has been created.
